Clean Air Home & Office™ has been developed as a simple and economical way to clean and freshen HVAC systems and ductwork from large central systems to small wall units.
A full treatment takes only minutes with no tools required. The results are immediate and long lasting. Clean Air Home & Office™ cleans away odour causing residue in evaporators and drain pans, caused by growth of bacteria, algae, fungi and moulds.
The Clean Air Home & Office™ freshens the entire system by destroying and neutralising odours from bacteria, mould, fungi, algae, smoke, cooking and many more. It leaves behind a durable invisible protective coating that bonds on a molecular level on ductwork linings, evaporators, drain pans and vents. It’s leach resistant and non migrating that protects from broad spectrum, biostatic activity on many surfaces and normally lasts approximately 3 months in HVAC systems. Heat transfer loss is not compromised due to the microscopic coating. In fact it can increase efficiency as it breaks down surface tension of condensate water allowing it to drain out of coils.
Clean Air Home & Office has little degradation up to 170°C and contains no Phenols,Tin, Heavy metals, Lead or Formaldehyde. It is essentially non-toxic,water based and provides long term protection that is not destroyed by constant condensation and rinse.
One 250gm can of the Clean Air Home & Office™ will treat approximately one 5-6 tonne unit (5,000sq ft of building area) or 2-4 typical wall units (15,000BTU).
For ducted systems locate the return air grille and remove the filter. With the system ON spray the contents of the can into the duct. The product will then be pulled into your system where it goes to work. However it is best applied onto coils and drain pan areas with the system running if possible. You will immediately smell a light fragrance coming out of the air vents in every room. This means that the product has traveled through the entire system. The fragrance should disappear within 24 hours leaving the coating behind which continues to work.
